Seiko Dual Chime Movement, Short Shaft, Pendulum Type

My parents clock stopped working and the old battery was corroded. The timing motor was shot. I searched inline andI was thrilled that Seiko still makes the exact clock mechanism., This part was easy to swap and now the clock is as good as new. Delivery was well packed and speedy.

I purchased this in October 2024 and the nut that came with it didn't fit, but fortunately I could get one at the hardware store. Also, I didn't order hands with it, but amazingly the old hands from the clock fit. Also, there weren't any programming instructions with it but I was able to find them on the Norkro website. All in all, the movement/chime works fine, but I had to count on lots of luck and research to be able to use it. Communication from the company would have been nice.
