This is a complete plastic gear set for Lanshire clock movements using an XL7 motor and have plastic gears. If your gears are metal and fiber these will not fit and there are no replacements. The shafts that the hands mount on are available in only one length so these may not fit your movement but the auxiliary wheels are universal.
