Not as good quality as last order

My first order months ago for these hands was perfect. The hands were in perfect condition and even had a removable plastic coating for protection. This order was not as good. A number of the hands have small spots of the black finish coming off with the background color showing through and they have no protective plastic coating. I will have to spray a coating of black on them to make them look perfect.
