Convenience and accuracy of quartz movement combined with rich sound of real copper chime rods. Strikes once on the half hour and counts out the hours.

Adjustable pendulum included. This movement will keep time at any pendulum length or even without the pendulum. Operates on one "D" battery. For face thickness of 3/8" or less. Hand shaft threaded part is 5/16" diameter and 7/16" long.

Face thickness is how thick the material is that the hand shaft goes through.

 Dimensions: 6-1/2" wide, 7" high (top of chime block to bottom of chime rod), 1-7/8" thick.

Just the piece of work I need

I have already used one of these and found it just what I am looking for again

Good quality; good price

I used this movement to repair an old wall clock that was being used as a temporary stand-in for a German mechanical clock that was being rebuilt. Installed the movement over a year ago, and it's still running off the original battery, and the time is spot-on.

With a little finesse I was able to replace the chime rods with the deeper-toned rods from the original, non-working clock. The clock looks good, sounds good, and keeps great time.

(Setting can be a little tricky, so make sure you download the setting instructions and keep them in a safe place.)

As a plus, Norko is selling these movements for about $20 less than similar movements are going for elsewhere.

It's worked so well that my "temporary" clock has been moved to another room and become permanent there.

Very Pleased

I ordered and installed this movement about 3 years ago and could not be more pleased. I build a schoolhouse wall clock case specifically for this movement and am happy to write that it functions perfectly both with the chimes and accuracy.
