Just a note of thanks for great service.  My parts came quickly, you specified they correctly, they were exactly as described, and they work great.  My old Mason & Sullivan school clock has hung on my wall for the last ten years with a broken suspension spring.  I got the spring and some oil from you; now it is keeping great time and the hourly gongs bring back many memories.  This clock was my very first woodworking project many, many years ago.  I will always recommend you! Thanks for sending me the brass wire for my clock. 

You may be interested to know this was for a "MASTER FACTORY CLOCK with an IBM label. It was installed in the PEPSODENT TOOTHPASTE PLANT in Bedford Parl (Chicago). In 1932 when this plant was built. The clock accurately controlled the slave clocks throughout the factory. In 1980 I was Manufacturing Manager at this plant. The clock did not run for a number of years, but was a decoration in the entrance area. It was about to be trashed, when I took it home, gave it a good cleaning. In February of this year the cable snapped due to a breakdown in the electro-mechanical drive for the rewind. A single revolution tooth needed brazing. Just got it together and hope it runs for another 70 years.

I stopped in about a month ago and you helped me with replacing the suspension spring on my 400 day clock. Well, the repair job went smoothly and the clock is now running and keeping grekat time. I had so much fun doing this that I have decided to learn more about cloc repair as a hobby.
