I've been ordering these motor from Norkro for a few years now I believe. Very happy overall with the motors. However, the open diamond style hands that I have ordered with the most recent two orders have been spray painted black over gold hands with many little chips in the paint on several of the hands. The first time this happened I did not worry about it. But now that I received another group like this, I feel the need to report it. I would hope that this doesn't happen with other hand styles and that the normal open-diamond hands will again be available. Thanks for the opportunity to review the motors and communicate the hand issue.
